Summer Adventures

1 Jul

After a gruelling few  weeks at work, I am in dire need of a holiday! As soon as pay day arrived I started planning a European odyssey.

I’ve got 10 days, and I’m leaving a week today! I’m:

Flying to Copenhagen for three days (definitely want to visit the Tivoli gardens)

Taking a leisurely train journey down through Denmark

Partying hard in Hamburg for the weekend

Hopping over to Berlin, trying to see a few new places this time

Flying home, tired, happy and probably with much less cash :)

Of course, I am sticking to my resolution of only buying souvenirs that I can make into something when I get home. So, is there anyone out there in blogland who knows of any wonderful craft or textile shops? any hidden vintage boutiques? any bustling markets that I should visit whilst I am away? Any craft tips will be reported on upon my return!
