Normal service will resume shortly

9 Feb

I know. It’s been a while since I wrote anything. I apologise!

I guess there are just some times where you don’t feel like doing very much! I think it’s about conserving energy – for me, this blog is meant to be a hobby, an enjoyable pastime, where I can escape the daily grind, think and write creatively and make lovely things. If you feel like you’re having to work at it, then it ceases to flow, and stops being fun. I’ve been really worn out recently and I guess I just ran out of steam for anything that wasn’t essential, hence the lack of writing since October. Well, after a season’s hiatus, spent mainly sleeping, reading books and watching box sets, I’m back! I can’t promise as many articles as I had before, as I haven’t just been neglecting my blog, but in fact have been neglecting my crafting altogether! But I’m feeling more creative again, so I’ll run with this positivity for as long as it lasts.

Normal service will (hopefully) resume shortly…
